New Machines Equal New Opportunities

For projects that require precision, accuracy, and quality, Fingles Metalworks now offers two state-of-the-art machines for your projects. The waterjet cutting and metal engraving machines make it easy for our team to create custom pieces that will match the high-end aesthetic of your project.

Maryland Waterjet Cutting Machine

The waterjet cutting machine is new to our Baltimore metal shop, and is already a favorite with our clients. Capable of cutting material up to 8” thick, the machine makes quick work of your biggest projects.

The Waterjet Cutting Machine

To cut through raw materials precisely and quickly, the waterjet cutting machine uses a high-pressure jet of water and abrasive material. The machine at Fingles Metalworks can support sheets of material up to 5’ by 10’, including stainless steel, aluminum, glass, marble, plastic, rubber, cork, and wood. In addition to its wide range in capability, it is also incredibly precise. The machine has proven accuracy of cutting materials to +/- 0.005” without any deformation.

 

Metal Engraving Baltimore

The all-new engraving machine is another client favorite thanks to its exceptional accuracy and efficiency. Capable of engraving a variety of materials, the machine makes it easy to make your mark in a way that is precise and visually appealing.

Metal Engraving Machine

The engraving machine at Fingles Metalworks offers a variety of depth options, which makes it easy to create a dynamic piece for your project. The machine can support sheets of material up to 4’ x 8’, including stainless steel, aluminum, brass, glass, marble, and plastic. In addition to creating logos and other ADA-compliant signage, the machine can also be used cutting control panels, deep metal engraving, and wood routing.
